Process: Voice and Non-Voice

Education Qualification:

• Any Degree (Both Under Graduates/ Post Graduates)
• 2018 Passed out candidates are not eligible for this Walk-in-Interview

Skill Set:

• Experience in handling Outbound calls and Inbound calls
• Understand and counsel customers on available Banking or Financial products
• Identifying a prospect to Sales or Business
• Closing sales deals and maintaining good customer rapport
• Experience in Outbound Sales (Mainly in: Banking Domain)
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers
• Experience with International Voice process would be an added Advantage
• Excellent Customer service Skills

Preferred Criteria:

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Should be Self Driven and Self Motivated
• Good Logical Reasoning Skills
• Focused on Product sales
• Preferably from Banking domain
• Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts

Work Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 2 years
